When you enquire
We collect the contact and event details you choose to submit: your name, email, optional phone number, event date, venue, event type, booth preferences, guest numbers and message. We use these details to respond, prepare a quote and plan services you ask us to provide.
Where an enquiry came from
If you arrive through a tagged campaign or partner link, the enquiry can include that link’s source and campaign labels. These labels are held temporarily in your browser’s session storage and included when you submit the form. This helps us understand which marketing led to an enquiry. We also use a one-way hash of the connection address to limit repeated form submissions.
Storage and access
Enquiries, booking details, event notes, equipment allocations, accepted terms and manually recorded payment references are stored in the website’s hosted database and accessible through the business owner’s protected booking workspace. We do not collect card numbers on this website. Hosting providers process data to operate the website. Information may be processed outside Australia. We do not display enquiry details publicly.
Videos and external links
Promotional videos are hosted on this website’s own media service. Instagram links open a separate service with its own privacy practices. The website does not currently include advertising pixels or a newsletter sign-up.
Your choices
Submitting an event enquiry does not subscribe you to promotional emails. To ask about information you have supplied, request a correction or request deletion, email truebooths@gmail.com and quote your enquiry reference. Information may need to be retained for an active booking or business record requirements.
Event photographs
This enquiry form is not permission to publish photographs of you or your guests. Event delivery and marketing permissions are addressed separately with the event organiser.
