All FAQsWhere do you travel?
We’re based on the Central Coast and serve Newcastle and Sydney. Tell us your venue or suburb so we can confirm travel, access and the full delivered quote.
How much does a booth cost?
We tailor each quote to the booth, hire time, event location and selected extras. Your quote sets out the inclusions and any travel or access charges before you book.
Does checking my date reserve a booth?
No. A date enquiry lets us check equipment, staffing and travel. Your booking is confirmed only after you accept the booking terms and meet the payment requirements in your quote.
Do all booths print photos?
Mirror and Beauty Mirror packages can include printing. Our Digital Booth is a digital option, and the 360 booth produces video clips. We’ll confirm your exact print and sharing inclusions in writing.
How do deposits and payments work?
A $200 deposit secures a booking after terms acceptance and written confirmation. Bank balances are due seven days before the event; agreed cash balances are due before setup. Short-notice bookings require full payment. Read our booking terms for the full conditions.
